WIT Residents Receive Job Skills Training:
Our second year intern from Ivy Tech, Amber Worthington, has been providing a Job Skills Group for the residents.  The goal for the group is to prepare WIT residents with basic skills that can be used as they prepare to leave WIT and re-enter the work force. The week of March 19th is the final week of the group sessions.  A special program was provided by Sheri Eastham and Theresa Holly, managers at Bath & Body Works at the Fremont Outlet Mall.   Residents were interviewed by the two managers with questions that would be typical in a job interview setting.  After the interview program was completed, the managers and other residents gave positive feedback and constructive criticism.   It was a very positive and unique learning experience for each resident.  Amber is a part-time employee at Bath & Body Works, while completing her internship at WIT through Ivy Tech.   Thank you, Amber!!!
